Why we play: MitoCure
Every dollar this tournament raises goes to a Cheshire-based nonprofit on a mission that began with one family — and now reaches families everywhere.
“What makes MitoCure remarkable is that every dollar raised goes straight to research. We are proud to bring our community together for that mission.”
Two Cheshire neighbors, one shared goal.
Funding the search for a cure for Mitochondrial Disease.
MitoCure is the public face of the Foundation for a Cure for Mitochondrial Disease, Inc., founded in 2000 by Bill and Sandy Cunningham after their daughter Kelly was diagnosed. Kelly passed away in 2005, and her parents have carried the work forward ever since. Because the board is all-volunteer, every dollar funds research.
100% of donations go directly to research

Call Before You Dig, Inc. (CBYD) is Connecticut’s free one-call notification system. Calling 811 before digging locates underground utilities so we can keep the lights on, water flowing, and communications running — and protect people from harm. Looking out for Connecticut communities is the heart of what CBYD does.
811 always call before you break ground
