Damage and Violation Reporting

Report underground utility damage or excavation violations using DamageAccess.

DamageAccess is a web-based reporting tool that allows anyone to report damage to underground utility facilities and violations of safe excavation practices that did not result in asset damage.

Each report must be approved by a supervisor from the reporting company to confirm accuracy before being submitted to the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority (PURA).

Completed reports must be received by PURA within 30 days of the incident.
